Rotary ‘Gift of Life’ (India) project is to arrange ‘free heart surgery’ for economically weak children up to the age of 20 years, suffering from congenital heart diseases. This Rotary peace project of love is beyond borders, caste, creed, religion, race and colour. Through “Gift of Life” program, Rotary is giving life to children born to die thereby touching, changing and making difference to lives of many from all parts of India and beyond borders. This project is classic example how Rotary can promote peace and understanding between nations through international community service. These children cannot afford high cost of surgery and have no access to quality medical care. But you can sponsor a child for surgery thereby eliminating suffering and saving life. Your donations will help to get a new life for a child. “Gift of Life” aspires to give quality lives to approximately 300 children per year, suffering from heart ailments, by arranging heart surgery at best available specialist hospitals in New Delhi.
